This notice explains how Skin Tag Removal Tyneside uses your personal information when you enquire about a treatment.
Who we are
Skin Tag Removal Tyneside is responsible for your personal information (the "data controller"). We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What we collect
- your first name, phone number and email address
- the treatment you're interested in (for example skin tags), which counts as health information
- your preferred time to be called
- which page of our website you enquired from
- notes of our conversations with you about your appointment
We don't ask for photos or detailed descriptions of your condition.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment. This is a step you've asked us to take before receiving treatment. Because the treatment you choose is health information, we only use it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box on our form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
- City Aesthetics Clinic, where your treatment takes place, so it can book and carry out your appointment. Once you're a patient, the clinic looks after its own records under its own privacy notice.
- Service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries: Tally (our enquiry form), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding), Notion (our enquiry records), Google (email) and the messaging tools we use to reply to enquiries. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the USA. Where that happens, your information is protected by approved safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months from your enquiry, then delete them.
Cookies
Our website doesn't use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or tracking you across other websites.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to restrict or stop using it
- withdraw your consent

Age
Our treatments are for people aged 18 and over, and our website isn't intended for anyone under 18.
